Reservation Policy

Reservation to be guaranteed in writing with a Credit Card number, expiry date and CVC number (last 3 digits on the back of the card), or a bank deposit.

Deposit

One night's accommodation values as a deposit. 50% deposit of the entire stay is required 1 month prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

As per EEC Travel Law, percentages of the entire stay is non-refundable:

• 30 days prior to arrival - 20%
• 29 to 22 days prior to arrival - 25%
• 21 to 15 days prior to arrival - 30%
• 14 to 07 days prior to arrival - 50%
• 06 to 03 days prior to arrival - 65%
• 02 to 01 days prior to arrival 80%
• No show 80%

Cancellation in excess of 28 days prior may incur a maximum 5% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.
